These monthly gatherings offer space to align with the lunar cycle through yoga, meditation, and gentle ritual — connecting body, breath, and intention with the moon’s flow.

🌑 New Moon Ritual – Flow & Intention

A nourishing evening to slow down, tune in, and set meaningful intentions under the quiet energy of the New Moon.
We’ll move through a gentle flow centred on Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutations), followed by soft breathwork and guided meditation.
This class is designed to ground your energy, create spaciousness within, and plant seeds for what you wish to grow.

🌕 Full Moon Release – Yin & Stillness

A soothing, introspective evening to honour the Full Moon — a time to let go, reflect, and soften.
Melt into long-held Yin Yoga postures, release physical and emotional tension, and rest in the stillness of guided meditation.
The session includes a gentle ritual space to reflect and release what no longer serves you.
